Spring and summer are around the corner, and warmer weather brings about new pastimes, many of which are outside. Since July is National Picnic Month, we wanted to list out promotional products that can be used for picnics and beyond (think tailgates, barbecues, and other festive events).
A picnic is a time-honored tradition that brings people together to enjoy the great outdoors, lots of foods/drinks, and each other’s company. Whether celebrated by coworkers, families, or cities, here are some top items (all made in America!) for Picnic Month.
- Of course, a cooler is usually the first thing a person grabs when planning a picnic, as it will hold all the foods (like sandwiches
or pasta salad) and drinks (ranging from soft drinks and waters to alcoholic beverages). Consider the Igloo® Profile II 50-Quart Cooler, which is compact enough for a daytrip but insulated enough for longer trips. - Next, in order to enjoy all the sweets and treats, there will need to be dishware and cutlery. In order to cut down on single-use plastic and paper, we suggest The Cup™ – an item that is made from Tri-Edge™ polypropylene material, holds 16 ounces, has a double-wall construction for insulating hot or cold liquids, and can be reused.
- One more note on the eats (since that is an important part!)...If you want to really stand out, you can bring your own snacks that are customized with your family’s last name, your organization’s logo, your town’s motto, or your company’s name. One popular option is Clif® Energy Bars.

- At a true picnic, everyone sits down on the ground, so don’t forget a blanket! The Luxury Size Woven Blanket By Blue Mill Weavers is crafted with 100% cotton/recycled cotton and immaculate detail in unlimited colors.
- Before, during, or after mealtime, everyone can hang around and soak up more of the fun. One such way is through games and toys like a Frisbee; this one is a lightweight, nine-inch option.
